WHEN WILL I RECEIVE MY ORDER?

Once your order ships, it typically takes 3-8 business days to ship for U.S. customers. International customers should expect delivery within 8-16 days.

Please note that you may need to pay duties and taxes to receive your package, as these fees are determined by your local customs office. We cannot calculate these charges in advance or influence them. We recommend reaching out to your local postal service or customs office for more detailed information.

IMPORTANT: After your order has left our facility, you will need to contact the shipping carrier directly for any updates or to reschedule a delivery attempt. Having us contact the carrier on your behalf may add unnecessary delays to the process.

 

 

WHAT ARE YOUR SHIPPING CONSTRAINTS?

Because of shipping restrictions, we cannot send products to certain countries. Additionally, we do not deliver to PO boxes.

 

 

HOW DO I TRACK THE STATUS OF MY ORDER?

Please allow 2-5 days for your order to ship, as we custom print and build your canvas upon receiving your order, with no inventory kept in stock.

Once you receive the tracking link, it may take 1-2 days for the information to update and display correctly.

If you haven’t received your tracking information within 7 days, please email us at support@junewall.com.

 

 

WHY IS MY PACKAGE MISSING?

If your tracking indicates that your order has been delivered but you can’t locate it, please reach out to the shipping company for more information. The delivery driver may have scanned the package before arriving at your location or left it in an unexpected spot. It’s also a good idea to check with neighbors or others in your household to see if they received the package on your behalf.

PLEASE NOTE: Once your order has left our facility, you are responsible for contacting the shipping carrier regarding any issues. Having us contact the carrier on your behalf can add an unnecessary step and may cause further delays.

If you’re unable to resolve the issue with the shipping company, please contact us.

 

 

CAN I CHANGE THE DELIVERY ADDRESS AFTER PLACING MY ORDER?

If you entered an incorrect delivery address for your order and haven’t received your tracking number yet, please email support@junewall.com so we can update the address.

If you’ve already received your tracking number, your order has shipped, and we can no longer make changes. Please contact the shipping company directly to have the package re-routed to the correct address.

PLEASE NOTE: Once your order has left our facility, you are responsible for contacting the shipping carrier for any updates or to reschedule delivery attempts. Please be aware that asking us to contact the shipper will only add an extra step and could cause further delays.

 

 

WHAT DO I DO IF MY PRODUCT ARRIVED DAMAGED?

Take a photo of the damaged product and the packaging it came in. Be sure to include a close-up photo of the shipping label with your information. Attach these photos to an email and send them to support@junewall.com, along with your ORDER NUMBER, FULL NAME, and a brief description. You will receive a confirmation email within 24 hours that your replacement is being processed.

Once your replacement is confirmed, there’s no need to return the damaged product.

 

 

WHAT DO I DO IF I RECEIVE THE WRONG PRODUCT?

Take a photo of the canvas you received. Attach the photo to an email and send it to support@junewall.com. Please include your ORDER NUMBER, FULL NAME, and a brief description. You’ll receive an email within 24 hours confirming that the correct canvas is being processed. Once your replacement is confirmed, you won’t need to return the incorrect canvas—keep it as our gift to you!

 

 

WHAT IS YOUR RETURN POLICY?

We are confident in our products and offer a 100% satisfaction guarantee. If you’re not satisfied, simply return the undamaged product within 30 days for a full refund. Please note that custom items are not eligible for returns.

If your canvas arrives damaged or incorrect, please email us at support@junewall.com. In most cases, you won’t need to return the canvas.

*Please note: We do not provide prepaid shipping labels for returns. You will need to cover the return shipping costs.

Ensure that your canvas is returned in its original packaging to keep it safe. We cannot offer a refund or exchange if the canvas arrives damaged.

WHAT IS YOUR REFUND POLICY?

Damaged Product/Manufacturing Defect: If your product arrives damaged, simply email us a photo at support@junewall.com within 7 days of receipt, and we’ll either replace it or issue a full refund.

Product Not as Described: If the product you receive doesn’t match the description or image on our website, we will either exchange it for a different item or provide a full refund. Please note that there may be slight variations in how the image is aligned on the final product.

Lost in Transit: If your product is lost during transit and you provided the correct address, we will re-ship the product to you.

Refunds can only be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.

 

 

CAN I CANCEL MY ORDER?

All sales are FINAL! Once you place your order, your products will be printed, built, and packaged within a few hours, depending on our workload.

While your package may not be picked up by our shipping partners for 24-48 hours, shipping is already covered. You may return your product for a full refund upon receiving it (note: this does not apply to custom canvases unless there is a manufacturing defect).

 

 

CAN I CHANGE MY ORDER?

Depending on our workload, your product might be printed, assembled, and packaged within hours of placing your order. Due to this quick turnaround, it’s unlikely we can make changes to your order.

However, if you need to make a change, please email us at support@junewall.com with your request, and we’ll do our best to assist.

 

 

CAN I APPLY A DISCOUNT CODE AFTER ORDERING?

Please email us at support@junewall.com with your coupon code, and we’ll see if we can manually apply the discount based on the terms.
